Absolutely. The prices listed here are estimates based on what most of our clients in each tier pay. Prior to beginning service, we will provide you with an exact quote that will be listed in your engagement letter. If any work outside of the scope of the original engagement is requested or required, we will notify you ahead of time. You will never receive a surprise bill when working with WealthPath CPA.

Our goal is to match our billing to when the service is provided. For the bronze tier, our fees are generally billed at the time the engagement letter is signed. For higher service tiers, we generally bill percentages throughout the year when billing events occur. Billing events are specified in the engagement letter and could include: signing the engagement letter, completing the income tax return, completing the mid-year projection, etc.

We accept paper checks, bank authorizations, and all major credit cards. We do pass on a 3% processing fee for all transactions made with a card.
